Warranty

Finichi offers a 1-year warranty on the motor and control of our products. If you have any questions during the warranty period, please reach out to our customer service team, and they will assist you promptly. As all of our blinds and shades are custom-made, we are unable to provide refunds, exchanges, or remakes unless the product is defective upon receipt.

We will replace or repair the product you ordered free of charge under the following conditions:

  • There is a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • The product is not functioning properly, and our proposed solution did not resolve the issue.
  • The product was made in the incorrect size or fabric due to an error during production.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, please take photos of the blinds, the outer packaging, and the shipping label. Contact our customer service within 30 days to report the issue.

Exclusions from Warranty:

This warranty does not cover and Finichi is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, improper installation, neglect, accidents, interference, or environmental factors.
  • Vandalism.
  • Use of incompatible devices or accessories.
  • Mother Nature, including fire, lightning, flooding, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
